Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Sajive Associates ("Sajive Associates", "Company" ,we" , "us" , or "our"). By accessing or using any service offered by Sajive Associates, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Sajive Associates is engaged in business activities classified under NIC code 7499 – Other business activities n.e.c., primarily delivering service activities to commercial clients. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Use of Services

You agree to use Sajive Associate's services lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of services, including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized data access, or service disruption, is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials, content, logos, trademarks, and service names provided by Sajive Associates remain the sole property of Sajive Associates or its licensors. No licenses or rights are granted other than as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Sajive Associates commits to safeguarding any confidential information obtained during the course of business. User data and sensitive information will be handled in accordance with prevailing data protection laws applicable in India.

Payment and Fees

Fees for services rendered by Sajive Associates shall be as agreed in the respective contract or invoice. Payment terms, including schedules, penalties for late payments, and refund policies, are defined in the service agreement or purchase order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sajive Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant services.

Termination

Sajive Associates reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if you breach these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary for business or legal compliance. Upon termination, all rights granted to you end immediately.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
